Abstract

Classroom Management: Efforts to Improve Learning Effectiveness This research stems from the conviction that learning effectiveness not only depends on students' intelligence but is also influenced by external factors. This study aims to analyze the implementation of classroom management in improving the effectiveness of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning among fifth-grade students at SDS Satya Nusa Cengklong Talok. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative method, the research identified two crucial aspects that are not yet optimal: the seating arrangement which has not been fully adjusted to student characteristics and the suboptimal optimization of classroom lighting.Generally, the implementation of classroom management at SDS Satya Nusa Cengklong Talok has progressed well across most of the indicators applied. However, this study specifically highlights gaps in tailoring seating arrangements to student characteristics, optimizing lighting, and consistently enforcing classroom discipline. Substantial improvements in these areas are expected to further optimize the effectiveness of PAI learning for students in the future, thereby supporting the achievement of better learning outcomes.
